"Hi, I'm Marlene Spiegel founding team leader of Wildtree. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to make a great nutritious and delicious salmon with lemon-zest grape-seed oil in dill. Here I have an eight ounce piece of a wild Alaskan salmon, by the way, it's really wild because I caught it and had it shipped down here when I was on an Alaskan cruise. But, you don't have to do that, you can get it at your local store. First I'm going to put a tablespoon of a lemon-zest grape-seed oil on top and brush it over the salmon filet. Then I'm going to add a tablespoon of Wildtree's dill blend, which is low in sodium, very healthy for you. The grape-seed oil, by the way, is a really healthy oil, it's medically been proven to reduce cholesterol. And then I'm going to then loosely wrap this in aluminum foil and put it in the oven, that's already been pre-heated at four hundred degrees. Doesn't this dish look great? I cut it in to two portions which can be served either over a salad or you can serve it as a main entree with brown rice and steamed spinach.
