"Hi, I'm Marlene Spiegel a founding team leader from Wildtree. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to make really, really good blackened grouper. To start with I'm going to put 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil onto my cookie sheet and spread it around. At the same time I'm going to start preheating the oven to 400 degrees. Then I'm going to take my 2 grouper fillets again 4-6 ounces and I'm going to pour another bit of grape seed oil another tablespoon over the 2 of them and brush it over the top of them. Then I'm going to add 2 tablespoons of Cajun made by Wildtree seasoning and pat them to get the Cajun seasoning evenly over so they taste really good. Now you can also do this out in the grill. I'm doing it in the oven today and it would take about 10 minutes once we stick it in the oven to it to blacken. Then I prop it into the oven and let it cook for another 10 minutes. As promise the finish dish is really good and you can put it with a side of brown rice and saute asparagus. Nothing better. For more tips for healthy cooking visit my segments at Expert Village."
