Video Transcript

" Warrior two has the same starting positioning as warrior one. So you’ll have one foot facing forward, the knee tracking directly over your toes that are facing forward and you’ll want to step the back foot in far enough, again, so that both hips can be facing forward as you do this pose, turning your body out to the side from above the waist, bending the front knee until the knee comes over the ankle and inhaling, taking the arms out to the side and reaching slightly back with the back hand, and slightly forward with the front hand so that your torso can be even and perpendicular to the floor. If it’s comfortable for your neck you may ant to look over your front fingertips, or you may want to stand facing the same direction as the center of your chest. And then to come out of this pose, releasing the arms down, straightening the front leg and stepping forward. "
