Video Transcript

" Tree pose, starting from mountain pose, stepping one foot forward, lifting your toes, broadening the soles of your feet on the floor so you have as much width on the floor as possible. And then stepping your way forward onto that standing leg, finding a point on the floor that you can keep your eyes focused on so that that will help you balance as you bring your opposite leg up as high as you can to your standing leg thigh. And then once you’re steady there, find a place where your foot can lodge, then taking your hands back together at your heart, and if you like you can always move further into this to challenge your balance by taking your arms over your head. You can always have the arms at different widths to work in different ways. And then after several breaths, bringing your hands back to your heart and releasing your foot and just turning your ankles and that’s tree pose. "
