"Now we are going to demonstrate how to prepare and wash. An egg wash is simply just milk and egg mixed together. I've got a 2 percent milk inside my mixing bowl here and I am just going to throw an egg yolk and white in there all together. All I am going to do is take my wire whisk and just beat this egg into the milk. It is going to turn that light yellow opaque color and this is almost always used in a 3 part breading procedure so just make sure that egg is beaten fully inside that milk. The froth is on the top; that's good. That means we whipped a lot of air into both products and that's a done deal. "
