"Now we are going to demonstrate fried eggs or the procedure for frying eggs. I just have a non-stick Teflon sautee pan with some clarified butter in it. As you hear the bubbling and popping around the white of the egg, that is usually the frying procedure that we like to use. Once the bottom of the whites are done in the frying procedure, they will pull off from the pan and slide off easy enough. At this point, we can slide the eggs out of the pan directly onto the plate and those will actually be sunny side up or we can flip these over and do over medium, over hard, over easy, however you want to do those. Essentially this is the frying technique for fried eggs. "
