So now that we just removed our poblanos from the fire it's important to go ahead and put them in a baggie. Now I'm using a plastic baggie here. You can put them in a paper bag it will work just the same or just wrap them in plastic. The purpose of doing this is we're trying to steam the peppers just a little bit, I'm going to go ahead and seal it. We're going to steam the pepper just a little bit and that's really going to help the skin come off very easily from the pepper and that's what you want. It's real easy to pop off and again help with the flavor. Another thing poblano peppers can be very spicy so if you don't like the spicy factor that a poblano pepper can give you. You can also do the exact same thing with bell peppers you can use red or green bell peppers.
