"So we have our empanadas in the oven baking and so while that is baking I would like to make the sauce to go with them. Now remember your empanadas have a little bit of a fattier filling with the potato that is creamy and the fatty chorizo. So what we are going to do is make ethic sauce to combat that cool refreshing sauce with the hot empanada, it is a really good combination. So we are going to start by adding one cup of mayonnaise to our blender. If you want to make this a little bit lower in fat you can use fat free mayonnaise in this case. Other options can be Mexican crema which is also very good with this in the sauce or sour cream. So play around with it and you can use different things. For this purpose today we are going to add mayonnaise so like I said about one cup of mayonnaise (if you drop some that is okay) and that is what is going to look like in your blender."
