"My name is Glen and we are going to show you a little exercise here for passing and also for running without the ball. Player without the ball making a good run. We are going to have a primary and secondary runner. You should be able to tell who the primary runner is. They are going to receive the ball, play it to their partner and who is then going to play it back where it came from the target. So let's see how we go. Let's go. you can see the first player playing on to the second, back to the target. That pair is going to find another target to run to. A little bit of agility involved having to kind of have to negotiate the space a little bit and deliver a good pass and also staying connected to their partner. Good job! Want to encourage players at this age to use the flip that the ball comes to. Again it's a very good exercise for running without the ball, for delivering some passes, keeping everybody moving and become kind of a game like situation which is what we want to encourage in our exercises.
