"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you to make Spanish style bacalao. I'm going to pour the egg in there. I told you that there is different versions of bacalao. There is bacalao that you are making for breakfast in the morning that you may eat that with bread and they don't put rice over it. They have a bread fruit, which is a fruit that they have that they make with it the bacalao. So different areas cook this different styles and different ways and have it with different stuff like with rice or potatoes. I'm going to go ahead and show you that the egg is going to make a difference. I went ahead and stir this up, it is boiling now, place the egg in there. Let it cook a little bit, move it around so the egg can cook in the bacalao. It is really delicious. Notice that our egg is already starting to cook, scramble in there that is fine. Move the pot around a little bit. See that pieces of the bacalao and the egg is cooking. Stir it up and we can eat that with white rice also and I would show you and plate it in a minute. But this is one of the ways of making it. It is more dry and a little less saucy so you have this version."
