"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Spanish style bacalao. I mention before that we don't pull the bacalao whole like this inside the pan to cook. You just take it apart, it is very easy to take apart and tear it; just comes out very easily. At that point you should feel to see if there is any bones left in the package. Sometimes I feel them in here but let me see if there is one in here. Nope there is not. But you want to make sure that nobody swallows a bone. They sell them you know already with bones in there and people don't realize it until they hurt. So please be careful with that. Go ahead take it apart and move it around like this making sure that you break every little piece of bacalao. Opening it up you know, depending on how small you like that, it is not really difficult to do, feel around if there is any skin on it, sometimes there is skin on it and it is too long and you can just break it apart.
