"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Spanish style bacalao. I'm going to go ahead and put my bacalao in here and then put some water in it. We are going to boil it like I said for 5-10 minutes. Once I boil the bacalao I'm going to separate it, just move it around a little bit and just like that. Put a good amount of water in there. Pick this up like this and put it on the stove and put it on medium heat. You don't have to cover it but let it boil for a little bit cause later on you are going to separate it the bacalao. Make sure that it has no bones in it you know and check it out really well. But you are going to break it apart to cook the bacalao. That is the way that we do it and that is the way a lot of people do it when they cook it. You do not cook it like that whole. So right now it is boiling."
