"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Spanish style bacalao. I'm going to go into the spices that are involved in bacalao and it is very little spices. You can use pepper,a whole pepper like a scotch bonnet pepper if you like to give it more spice. I like mine a little less spicy so I use regular pepper corn pepper, fresh. Some complete season, a little bit of oregano, and I like to use the Spanish style dry. It has like peppers in there Spanish style peppers which we have the scotch bonnet pepper in there and other types of peppers that are Spanish style. It is all ready all grind it up like this. So those are the ingredients to bacalao. We are going to start to go ahead and show you how you start the bacalao. "
