"Next, we'll demonstrate the spider dribble. And what this dribble is, is a ball handling drill to work on your coordination. And what you want to do is keep the ball centered between you as much as possible, and it works like this. Keep your knees bent, back straight like before when you're dribbling, and you're going to do two in front and two in back. Okay, you're going to have to go kind of fast just to keep the ball up and the better you get at it, the faster you need to go. And after you really get the hang of it start picking your head up and not looking at the ball so much. And I'll show you from the back. Just one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two. Now I'll show you it from the side view. Make sure your back tries to stay as straight as possible. You might have to lean over a little bit just to get to the ball, but keep your knees bent. The more your knees are bent, the straighter your back will be. And remember just one, two, one, two. Two in front and two in back. And that's the spider dribble. "
