The next drill is the low dribble ball between the legs. Like I showed you before when you're walking with the ball, now you'll place it down on the ground. But take your time and step, stay low, don't stand up, just keep your back low, your knees bent and the ball low. Practice going backwards as well. And this dribble will help you with the crossover dribble as well as any other defender evading dribble. Stay low, practice staying low, and keeping your head up. And you can do it stationary back and forth to practice staying low and keeping your head up and your knees bent. And the ball should always stay low.
