Video Transcript

"The next drill is the "upright walk between the legs, ball between the legs dribble" and what we do is just like when we started low, with the ball between the legs. This time you are going to stand upright and this is pretty much a warm up dribble, it is not necessarily a dribble to use in the games or in competition. But just practice and what you want to do is stand upright, of course you are going to have to dribble the ball harder than you would if you were low, so it will bounce up high enough for you to catch the ball. You are just stepping and keeping your head up and practicing not looking at the ball. Step, just like you are walking and it is good when the ball comes up and let it rotate in your hand a little bit before you put it back down. When you see, you see how the ball kind of rotates in my hand, so let it just rest in the palm of your hand a little bit before you put it back down and that is the "upright walking while between the legs dribble"."
