"Okay the next drill we will discuss is the basic "chest pass" okay. Now the principles of this is just really keeping the ball inside your body, okay, like to your chest and when you pass, see how my fingers are, my thumbs are extended towards the person I am passing to as well as my palms and what you wan to do is step, either with your right foot or your left foot it really does not matter whichever one is comfortable to you. You step into the pass, pass with both hands, from your chest and your hands are very important, how they end after you pass, you want them facing your teammate. Step and pass, left foot same deal, step and pass, you want to hit the other person in their chest. If you do not have a person to practice with, you can throw it off of a wall, but just pick a target and aim for that target. Practice hitting that target, over and over and that is your basic "chest pass"."
