"Next drill is the "running chest pass", the first was the stationary and this is the "running chest pass", okay. The same principles apply, you will step into your pass, extend your arms, palms facing your teammate, except you will be running. So it is pretty much the same just off the run, okay, off the dribble. You still step into the pass, you are just coming off the dribble. You can step with the opposite foot as well if you are left handed, you can dribble step with your left foot, I think it is more important what foot you step with when you are running opposed to stationary, because that will counteract your balance. If you are right handed, you might want to step with the left foot when you are running. If you are left handed you might want to step with right foot and that is the "running chest pass"."
