"Ok, the next drill we'll discuss is the jump shot from the pass. Ok, and what you, what's good to remember is before you receive the pass from your teammate, is your body position and what you're going to do as soon as you receive the pass, ok. Like, as far as example: Before I receive the pass, since my shooting foot is my right foot, because I'm right handed, my right foot is slightly back before I receive the pass, so once I get the pass, I can go into my momentum, into the shot. See how I planted my right foot, it was back first, then once I receive the pass, I plant it and took the shot. Bad pass. That was a bad shot. Once more. Plant it, release. And, that's the jump shot from a pass."
