"Next we'll discuss proper jump shooting in regards to using the backboard or the glass as we call it. And, we use the same techniques as the jump shot, keeping your feet centered up under your body and even, your elbows in, proper hand position, and the ball resting in your palm, and you want to aim at the center of the backboard. Of course, there's no red box there for us to aim at, but you have a general idea where the center is, and that's where we'll aim. So, after you have your position and your stance, you take your shot. Aim for the center every time, wherever you're shooting from, whatever angle always aim for the center. If it doesn't go in every time don't get discouraged, just keep trying, perfection comes in repetition. Anything you do over and over again, you'll eventually get good at it. If you want to shoot from the front, the same principle apply, just aim for the center of the backboard where the red box would be."
