"Ok, this is the continuation of the behind the back passing drill. After you're finished with the warm ups, then pick a spot, a target, or a friend, a teammate and what you want to do is for behind the back, since I'm passing left, I'll step with my right foot slightly and then I'll go into it behind the back with my left hand. Notice how I rotate my body kind of towards the left, that way I give my arm room enough to get around my body, ok. So I step with my right and I let it go with my left. Step with my right let it go with my left, step with my right, behind the back. Try to keep it around your waist just like you were doing here, that's where you want the range of motion to be. Same way if you were going right, you'd step with the left and you'd extend with the right. Step, pass, step, pass. And that's the behind the back pass. "
