"Okay, for the first post up move, it is called the "leg wrap" and what you do after you have a sense of your defender, you are going to take your leg and you see where her leg is, I will wrap it around once I get the ball, that way I am locking her into position and I can spin off of her with ease for the shot, okay. I will show you how it works, first you call for the ball, you can lean back to get a sense of your defender and see where they are, then it is a simple "drop step", you drop your step, wrap your leg, spin off away from the defender. Let me show you again, call for the ball, find a sense of your defender by feel or touch, drop step, wrap the leg, spin off and that is the basic leg wrap and your post up move."
