"Hi, my name is Juan Carlos with Expert Village. In this segment I'm going to teach you how to be a switch hitter. In this segment we're going to talk about conditioning as a switch hitter. It's very important that a lot of the strength conditioning is done in the weight room or in a gym where you definitely strengthening your upper body, normally your triceps or any type of pull down movement that can work the elbows and extension of the elbows will improve your swing dramatically. Another thing is working your wrist by using bar bells or dumb bells and actually using much more movement will help actually the snap in your swing. The third thing is a lot of leg work and this is very important because without your bottom part of your body and without the strengthening of your hips and thighs you will not be able to have the bats necessary around any pitch."
