" What has to happen is we talked about a kick slide and what you have to look at is watch Robbie’s inside toes and his outside toes they follow each other in an angle. Alright, go ahead Robbie just keep in any angle you want to go, go okay see how his toes follow, your toes follow your toes and that keeps your shoulders in the position that you need. Now we just kind of walk through this and this is what happens to a lot of guys they take a kick step but they slide their toes straight ahead, so what happens is you slide it here and you kick and you slide it and all the sudden watch how his shoulders turn, we just walk through it right there. Okay go, boom, hold it there’s the shoulder, there’s the shoulder the rip or swim soft shoulder because now he’s turned himself totally opposite to line of scrimmage so that’s a pull one set and a pull three set and that’s the things you have to look for is your foot work it key to get yourself into position to block."
