" There are going to be blocking failures so as a coach you have to analyze each play and analyze for failures and so you’re teaching not necessarily from a negative stand point. What you’re teaching that hey this is what you did wrong and then these are some of the things that happen to cause you problems, to cause you a chance not to be successful. What technique is it’s the step, the landmark and the punch of each block you have to analyze those things because those are the things they’re going to do wrong in the game. You know the super bowl, the super bowl’s in early February late January lineman are still making mistakes in the super bowl even though they started practicing in July, so they’re still going to make some mistakes they’re going to come off at the wrong angle, their feet are going to be wrong, their hands are going to be wrong, their hats going to be wrong. So every play in a game if you’re grading yourself or as a coach you’re grading or as a mom or dad you’re trying to help your son then you have to look at step, landmark and punch, you have to look at technique."
