" Because the play is moving wider then we’re going to change the step, the landmark and the technique just a little bit. The plays moving wider so therefore the defense is moving wider therefore I angle a departures moving wider. So the step is going to be a bucket step the landmark now is the play side arm pit and the punch is full bench to rip depending on the technique of the defender okay. And now because we’re moving wider instead of that full bench being inside both breasts its got a chance to be on the shoulder and the middle of the chest right here. So here’s Mike on a base stretch with a bucket step okay and because it’s wider the second step doesn’t step in the shoe it steps more to the crotch, so in that positions we’re talking about instead of being outside track we’re outside midline track. Alright here goes Mike, go, boom there he is good, good defender didn’t stretch that hand ends up, so its got a chance to go from a full bench back to a rip."
