" It’s based on the flow of the play whether it’s a fast flow play or slow flow play and also the speed of the linemen, also the alignment of a lineman as he moves off. And we start talking about angle of departure where your hat goes and you have to adjust your steps, I’ll relate this to shooting ducks know that if I’m going to shoot a duck as he’s flying then I have to shoot out in front of it, well the same thing replies I’ve got to visualize the block before it happens, I have to visualize the flow of the practice, I have to visualize where this guy is going to go and I’m shooting ducks. Because if my hat moves if he’s an outside hat player he’s going to move outside and so you have to adjust your steps accordingly. Alright so we’re going to take a first of pass situation right here okay, alright Mike’s going to get up here as a right tackle and a right handed stance and we’re going to have rush, he’s pass setting to where he thinks this guy is going to go, now we’re going to move him out just a step or so okay. Alright there we go, come in just a little bit though just a hair there you go alright, now he’s gone from a tight alignment to a little looser alignment, go. "
