" Alright then he’s going to be in a left handed stance here, okay his left foot’s back, left hand is on the ground you see Linny’s got a little more stagger and his feet are a little closer together right here, no weights on the hand, his hand is up and cocked and ready to go and his eyes are scanning the defense. Okay just relax okay, alright Mike just turn sideways just face either way okay, either way there you go! Alright just kind of a different view right here so you see the stagger okay, alright Mike’s down no weight on the hand, he’s cocked and he’s ready to go okay, you see his hands up and ready, his knees are in and he’s pulls the knees in because that keeps the weight on your arches right there. Okay just relax, okay!"
