"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizabeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make Cuban Black Bean Soup. I'm going to go ahead a place some rice on my plate, good amount of rice. Looks something like that. Beans are boiling, I'm gonna come right back to it, turn it off so I don't waste my beans. Take a little plate like this, put a nice amount in here. Look at that, mmmm. Again, you can have this alone you don't have to have it with rice. Some people are dieting and you know they don't need the carbs, they just want the protein. This is a great, great form of protein, the beans. It's absolutely delicious, having rice here and the beans. You can either tip it over and put it on the rice or you can turn it around and just have it again with the spoon. I'm going to get myself some wine, some nice red wine with that. Place it in here, it's going to be delicious."
