"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make Cuban Black Bean Soup. I've also made some white rice which is what Cuban's have with the black beans soup. We make the white rice and I made it earlier today. And as you see it is fluffy and it is ready to be put on a plate with the black beans. Now you can eat the black beans alone, you don't have to put rice in it. Some people just like to eat the beans alone but if it's a soup. But we traditionally have it with the rice and a piece of meat, OK? So I'm going to show you how to place it on the plate and how it's going to look like in a minute. I'm grabbing a plate and I'm going to go ahead and place my rice on the plate, separate from my beans, OK. Usually in restaurants that is what they do, they have the rice and the beans separate and they bring it to you like that. That's the way we do it."
