"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make Cuban Black Bean Soup. I've been cutting this up for a little bit and I chose a bigger knife because that was too small to be honest with you so that way I can get really nice fine chopped peppers. And I used half of both. So it is suppose to look something like that if you don't have a food processor. You do the same thing to your onions, you peel it, peel the outside of the onion. You don't want all that in there. Until you see the brown come off, the brown top layer come off. When you see that come off you start to cut it in pieces and you do the same thing as you did before with your peppers. You cut it up really fine. I'm going to cut it in pieces for us like this."
