"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make Cuban Black Bean Soup. I'm going to start cutting up the peppers, a little bit of red and a little bit of green peppers and my onions. I'm going to show you different ways of doing this. Usually people take this, the pepper, they cut it chopped very, very, very, very fine. So they are going to chop this stuff very fine. I'm going to place it later on in the food processor but if you don't have a food processor then you can go ahead and chop it very fine and then you can see the same results. OK? So, we take this and cut it up really, really, really, really small, very small, very small, very small. Got to be cut tiny. OK? I'm going to take it and I'm going to proceed to just cut it like this, really, really, really small."
