"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make Cuban Black Bean Soup. I use a bag of the black beans. I use a big bag sometimes but I used a small bag of the black beans. And what I did was I soaked them over night for this. I don't want to not soak them because sometimes they are a little hard. You don't have to soak them. Sometimes when I want to make black beans in a hurry I just cook it for a length of time, about a good six hours during the day, and they will cook. If you have a pressure cooker also you could use that. So some people use a dutchy pan or they use a, soaking it over night. And I soaked it and if you notice by soaking it, the two bags, you see the water is dark. OK, the water is dark and I'm just going to go like that and show you."
