"Hi! I'm Lori Schneider from Figs Catering out of Austin, Texas. Today on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to show you how to make mini turkey and parmesan burgers on pita bread. Okay. Keep in mind also, whenever you cook these that some of the fat is going to render out, so they are going to shrink up just a little bit. If you're trying to keep a certain shape or certain size, make sure that you keep that in mind. Also, if you're making a lot of these, a tip could be that you sear them in the pan, put them on a sheet pan after they've been seared, and then finish cooking them in the oven. That way you can cook off a whole bunch of them at once versus doing 4 or 5 at a time. It's another catering trick that we do all the time. Another fun thing that we do with sliders is we take these and we shove a piece or a cube of cheese in the middle. Whenever you take a bite of it, melted cheese comes oozing out of your sliders. People always like that surprise. You can also use this mixture for meatballs for your spaghetti and marinara or as a base for your sauce if you're trying to be a little careful with your weight and want to switch to ground turkey breast. Alright. This looks like this is going to be one of our last ones here. Our last one is going to be a little mini one. That's what your final mini burgers will look like."
