"Hi! I'm Lori Schneider from Figs Catering out of Austin, Texas. Today on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to show you how to make mini turkey and parmesan burgers are pita bread. To start our mini turkey burgers, we're going to go ahead and make the sauce and let it set. We're going to make a very simple Dijonaise. What Dijonaise is a combination of Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. It's very easy. Half-and-half. If you prefer the flavor of mustard more over mayonnaise, feel free to add more mustard. It's not a problem. First, we're going to start by adding one tablespoon of mayonnaise. We're not making that much Dijonaise because we're not making that many mini burgers. However, feel free to double or even triple this recipe based on your needs. Again, it's a half-and-half proportion of Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Now I'm going to add one tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Next, all we're going to do is mix the two together. This makes for a really nice, creamy sauce. It's a little bit of that mustard flavor along with the creaminess of the mayonnaise. We're just going to set this aside until we're ready to serve it."
