"Hi I'm Lori Schneider from Figs Catering out of Austin, TX today on behalf of Expert Village we're going to show you how to make mini turkey and Parmesan burgers on pita bread. The ingredients that we'll need for our mini turkey Parmesan burgers include, pita, tomato, avocado (make sure its ripe and ready to go), 1 one egg, 1 clove of garlic, white onion, Italian parsley, Parmigiano-Reggiano, spinach (baby spinach) fat free mayonnaise. However, if you don't want to use fat free mayonnaise, you can use a regular mayonnaise. Dejon mustard, if you don't have that on hand, you can use use whole grain or yellow mustard, fresh cracked pepper, kosher salt and finally ground turkey breast and extra virgin olive oil. The equipment that you're going to need for this includes a cutting board, microplane, chefs knife, spoon, bowl and a saute pan."
