"On behalf of Expert Village this is Lizbeth Muller. Today I'm going to teach you how to make chicharros which is split pea soup. I'm going to start setting up my soup and I really want to use my pan I like to use this. My dutch pot because it just cooks my soup really nice and this is the way my mom cooks you know she cooks with the really old style iron pots like this. Usually she uses the bigger one you can use any size that you like. They have them small, medium and large. This is where I'm going to stat my soups. This one I have to place the bag in here like I said before and I want to use the green and the yellow. So let's go ahead and cut that up pour the whole bag. Just like that."
