Passing a Roller Hockey Ball

"Alright, very important key in roller hockey, ice hockey, all of that is your passing ability. Makes your team mates better if you can pass well. What you are typically going to do with passing is the same as with your wrist shot, but instead of shooting it on the net, you're going to pass it on to somebody's stick. Hopefully get it right on their stick that way you can move in to the offensive zone and you can score a goal. But, the same thing, you're just going to get your feet planted, get your knees bent, put all your weight on your back foot, look at your target, get your hands positioned right on the happy stick, you're on your back foot. And then you're just going to follow through right to where you want to pass it. You've got sticks over there, you're just going to follow through and pass it right to him. It's not that hard. It's the same as the wrist shot, just a pass though."
