"All right. We're still talking safety equipment. What we've got here is an elbow pad made by CCM. I've been wearing these ones for awhile. They're a little old. I probably should update them. But you can go to your pro shop, your hockey pro shop, and pretty much they've got the same elbow pads for roller hockey, ice hockey. It's all the same. They're elbow pads. They're just there to protect your elbow. But you just slip them on before you put your glove on. It goes like that. You should have a lot of mobility with them. You shouldn't have any restrictions or anything. The last thing you need to do is have a lot of restrictions. You get the big, bulky elbow pads, and you've got more problems and you're not having as much fun if you're restricted. So get something that fits comfortably. Like I said, you can wear these outdoor if you want, indoor- they recommend them. So get some."
