"All right. I also have a tool for tightening or loosening the frame attached to the wheels for the bearings. All you do is, it's an Allen wrench, basically, and you can tighten or loosen it, whichever way you want. Most typically, this is a better quality frame, so I only have to adjust it on one side. A lot of the cheaper skates, cheaper frames, you have to have two Allen wrenches. So, if you know you're going to use them a lot, I recommend getting the good frame, good bearings, good wheels. And then you've got your one-sided adjustable Allen wrench frame. And you can adjust them that way, and then it gives the wheel a little bit looser, or if you tighten it too much, your wheel won't move at all. So, just loosen it up a little bit, and there you go. Also, putting something on there to keep it lubricated, the bearings and the frame, just so it doesn't slip too much. They have Loctite to keep the bolt in there nice and tight. Most of the pro shops that you go to that specialize in roller hockey and stuff, they would know a lot about it. So if you're not too sure, just go and ask, and they can help you out."
