"All right. Now I'd like to tell you something about the bearings, a very important tool to roller hockey. The amount that you spend on them will determine how well you skate. If you buy a cheap pair, you're going to notice it out here, playing roller hockey. You might break them or, if they're cheap, you could have problems with them. So I recommend getting a good, decent pair of bearings. Typically, for a beginner, you would want a lower A-back bearing, something that won't turn as fast. A lower bearing, meaning there's A-back one, three, five, seven, and nine. Preferably, about a three or a five for a beginner. And you can move your way up, the more you feel comfortable playing roller hockey. The better you get, the more you're going to want."
