"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're going to make a Spanish dish, shrimp dish, called camarones enchilados. Our rice is now done. I'm going to move the paper. I put a piece of paper over my rice so it stays moist and it cooks really fluffy. I'm going to turn off the stove and I'm going to serve this on a plate. As you see the shrimp is now done also. It's been sitting there. It's still nice and hot. This rice doesn't take long to cook. OK, nice and hot and thick. I'm going to go ahead and take a plate like this and place the rice, a nice little amount of rice in the middle. Some people separate their rice and their meat but I usually do it like this because the white rice goes underneath. And you put your shrimp on top of it and it just falls all over it like this. Look at that, absolutely delicious, very, very spicy and good, I can smell it from over here. I just put the sauce around like this."
