"On behalf of Expert Village my name is elizabeth Muller and today we're going to make a Spanish dish, shrimp dish, called camarones enchilados. And I'm going to splash this there like that. That's the way we do it. We don't measure the wine, we don't measure the cooking wine and again, before, I did say that you can use some Merlot. You can also use some cabernet. It's a little bit heavier but you know, I like Merlot, it's a little bit lighter. This has to be light wine you don't want anything too heavy. Some people use white cooking wine, it doesn't have to be red. So, in cooking wines there are white and there is red, you can use either one for this dish. I'm going to add in a little splash of the habanero. That's more than a splash. It's gonna be real, real, real spicy."
