"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're going to make a Spanish dish, shrimp dish, called camarones enchilados. Before we start our shrimp we're going to peel the shrimp and clean it. Some of them come now peeled, you can buy it at the super market peeled. I like to peel it myself. And you want to cut the back of the shrimp here and take out anything that is back there, because it just gets very, has a lot of stuff in there, and you want to clean out your shrimp. This one comes already pre-cut in the back and all I have to do now is actually clean it up and place it in a bowl and then I'm going to put it in the refrigerator while I start the spices and the seasoning in the pot. OK, so here we go. As you see I'm just going to do that, I'm going to continue to do that. Just peel it off, it's very easy to peel."
