"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're going to make a Spanish dish, shrimp dish, called camarones enchilados. I'm going to be using some tomato sauce. In the super market you will find that they have the Spanish style tomato sauce, that's the one I'll be using for this. They have plain tomato sauce if you want to make it a little less spicy. I will be using cooking wines, Spanish cooking wine. If you like you could also use like some Merlot, throw it in there, but I use the light wine, cooking wine. I will be also adding some pepper from a bottle. There is different forms of peppers in spices in this that I want to use. I think it has a little bit of the habanero pepper in it but I want it in liquid form because they also add different kinds of spices in there. So this will be very spicy. "
