"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're going to make a Spanish dish, shrimp dish called camarones enchilados. Today we're going to be making Spanish style shrimp, it's spicy and it's very good. We're going to be using several ingredients to do that. I'm going to be using bell peppers, red and green. I'm going to be using a habanero pepper. Jamaicans also call this a scotch bonnet pepper. We're going to be using some onions. I'm going to be using a garlic clove, about two pieces of garlic cloves. I'm going to be using olive oil, some Complete Seasoning spices, seasoned salt, oregano, cumin in powder form, and some steak seasoning because it has a lot of pepper in it and I want it to be a little more spicy.
