"Alright another piece of equipment you will definitely need is something to protect your brain. You need a hockey helmet, as you can see mine doesn't have a face shield, I do play adult hockey and when coaching you do not need a face shield. 18 and over you do not need a face shield. Uh in most particular games uh adult hockey uh some of the college players they have to wear it?s a requirement they have to wear that kind of stuff. But as far as this helmet goes it?s a ccm, good quality helmet I've had it for years never had a problem. Got hit with sticks stuff like that, just make sure it fits properly, you can get it adjusted, or you can adjust it yourself, at your local hockey shop. Uh especially like Peroni's hockey shop at the Ann Arbor Ice Cube. They'll adjust it for you, or you can buy one there too, so check it out."
