"In our last clip of the jump-roping series, we're going to talk about is the, and later Shane is going to show you, is how we're going to be spinning the rope twice while we're only jumping once. A lot of times the boxers will do that on the time clock. If there's thirty seconds left, they might spend that last thirty seconds actually jumping once but spinning the rope twice underneath their feet. That's going to help them with, not only the additional cardio and the endurance and the agility, but also that last burst of power that they need for, maybe, the last ten seconds in a fight, for instance. So that's what we're going to do. We're going to jump once but spin that rope twice as we do it. Shane, help me out with that please. One more time. All right. I think we're good on that one."
