"The next jump rope we're going to talk about is what we're going to call the leather, heavy handled jump rope. This particular one is not quite as fast as your nylon ones, the plastic speed ropes but it gives you a really good workout. The leather is generally a little bit slower and you can still get it in all the length that you require, but the handles are a little bit bigger and they're actually hollow. And if you watch here, as we unscrew the handle, see it's also got a ball bearing in there for good swivel action, but it also includes a weight which is average about a pound. So you can take the weight out and have just the actual jump rope or you can add an even heavier weight in there so this will not only give you a good endurance workout for speed and agility, but it will also give you a good physical workout and help build some muscle. Thank you."
