"Now in our next clip on jump roping we're going to talk about is how jump roping actually helps to increase your cardio, your endurance, your agility. There's a lot of hand eye coordination in there. What we try to do is we open up our workout with jump roping and we try to do everything by the time clock with like three two minute rounds of jump roping, but also towards the end of the workout and maybe before you go home, you can do fifteen or twenty minutes worth of jump roping without the time clock just to help increase that cardio and increase that endurance. It doesn't have to be as simple as three two minute rounds, but the initial jump roping you do in the gym should be something simple and then later on before you go home as a way of finishing loosening up your workout and more endurance try the fifteen to twenty minutes at a time."
